After one and half year in office, National President of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Emenike Nwokeoji has dissolved all committees and all appointed officers of the association, even as he sets to make a review.

In a memo to all ANLCA members, dated 2nd of April 2025, the President said the dissolution is necessary, following the recently conducted elections into the various chapters.

DAILY TREND reports that the chapter elections has resulted into some of Emenike’s appointees and committees taking up new offices at the chapters.

“After a year and half in the saddle of ANLCA headship, I hereby joyfully , announce the dissolution of all national committees and appointees.

“This action is in conformity with our genuine desire and decision to make periodic reviews and adjustments for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

“Besides, the recently concluded chapter elections necessitated the obvious need for the review and reconstitution of these committees.

“May I use this opportunity to thank all the national committee chairmen and members, personal and senior special assistants who have put in their time and resources to deliver on their mandates. I sincerely appreciate your selfless services and sacrifices” he said
