STOAN Pays Visit To NPA’s Burnt Headquarters

The Seaport Terminal Operators Association of Nigeria (STOAN) on Monday visisted the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) corporate headquarters in Marina Lagos. Recall that the edifice was recently torched and looted by hoodlums during the EndSars protest in Lagos.
