Colours Hotels & Suits on Saturday officially unveiled its newly rebranded and upgraded facility in Obele, Magbon, Badagry, Lagos, marking a bold new chapter for one of the area’s fastest-growing hospitality destinations. The event doubled as an Awards Gala Night honouring key stakeholders whose support has helped shape the brand and Nigeria’s hospitality industry.

Managing Director/CEO of November 14 Resorts Limited, owners of Colours Hotels & Suits, Mr. Emmanuel Nkemdirim, a retired Deputy Comptroller of Customs, said the investment reflects his 20-year dream and confidence in Nigeria’s hospitality sector.

“The hospitality business is booming in Nigeria today. It remains one of the most rewarding sectors because people will always seek comfort, relaxation and quality services,” Nkemdirim told guests and journalists.

He explained that the rebrand focused on upgrading the guest experience rather than changing the name. “We retained the name Colours Hotels & Suits because it already had an established identity. What we have done is give the facility a fresh look and expand our services,” he said.

Guests at the unveiling toured the newly renovated facility, which now features a modern event centre suited for weddings, conferences and social gatherings, a new club lounge for relaxation and nightlife, a fully equipped DJ stand for premium entertainment experiences, and upgraded rooms and suites designed for comfort, luxury and a true “home away from home” feel.

Hospitality is about creating memorable experiences, and that is what we are committed to providing,” Nkemdirim added.

As part of the celebration, Colours Hotels & Suits recognised distinguished Nigerians for their outstanding contributions to society and support for the brand. Awardees included Dr. Boniface Okechukwu Aniebonam, Founder of NAGAFF and the NNPP; Sir Steve Dike, KSJI, Onyendu Ndigbo of Igando/Ikotun LCDA; Chief Suleiman Gambo Maro, Western Zone Coordinator of Africa Association of Professional Freight Forwarders and Logistics of Nigeria (APFFLON); Dr. Nkemdirim Basil Ihechukwu; High Chief (Dr.) J.U. Esangbedo Okojie; Prince Emmanuel Okorie; Prophet (Dr.) Samuel Enaiho; Mr. Theophilus Azuama; Mr. Akinbami Kabiru Ayomide; and other notable personalities.
