The Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is set to move its staff into its newly acquired N17billion headquarters at Adetokunbo Ademola, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Dr Bashir Jamoh, Director General of NIMASA disclosed on Friday while addressing members of Representatives on Maritime Safety and Education, that come Monday next week, himself and other staff would start working from the new office.

Following the acquisition of the then Kanti Towers in July 2021, the building has now been christened NIMASA Towers by the former Secretary General of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), Mr. Kitack Lim in November 2023.

The new NIMASA office complex is a 16-story building consisting of the latest technology fittings and a helipad and a parking bay for over 100 cars.
