As part of the overall promotion and shake-up in the hierarchy of the Nigeria Customs Service, the Service has carried out yet another reshuffling of Comptrollers at it’s Area Commands.

DAILY TREND scooped from the long posting list that the spokesman of the service, Comptroller Timi Bomodi has now been promoted to head the Kirikiri Lighter Terminal (KLT) in Lagos, while anti-smuggling Czar; Comptroller Dera Nnadi now heads Seme Area Command.

Comptroller Auwal Mohammed from Port Harcourt Area 2 command has been assigned to fill-in the very big shoes pulled down at Apapa Command by Comptroller Yusuf Ibrahim Malanta who was the highest revenue mobilizer in the history of the service.

Others are; Compt OA Salefu for Western Marine Command Lagos, Compt AM Ibrahim for PTML Terminal Lagos and Compt M.S Yusuf for the Muritala Muhammed Airport command in Lagos.

Compt CD Wada now heads Port Harcourt Area1 command, while M.I Jalo heads Federal Operations Unit Zone B.
B. Mohammed is heading Lillypond command in Lagos.

In a chat with DAILY TREND on Saturday, Customs Spokesman, Comptroller Timi Bomodi confirmed the development and his promotion to the KLT Command in Lagos.
