PHOTO TREND: Sambo Inspects Newly Aquired N17Billion NIMASA Head Office At Victoria Island Lagos

The Honourable Minister of Transportation, Eng Muazu Jaji Sambo has at the weekend inspected the new head office of the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) located at Victoria Island in Lagos State.
DAILY TREND recalls that about one year ago, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) had approved the sum of N17.47 billion for the acquisition of a property in Victoria Island, Lagos, to serve as the new headquarters of NIMASA.
The property, previously known as Kanti Towers, located at 35, Adetokunbo Ademola Street, Victoria Island, is now christened “NIMASA TOWERS”
The transport Minister in company of the Permanent Secretary, Dr Magdalene Ajani, the Minister of State for Transportation Prince Ademola Adegoroye among other ministry officials were conducted round the new facility by the Director General of NIMASA, Dr Bashir Jamoh
According to Dr Jamoh, the minister also visited the Maritime Resource Centre, Kirikiri, Lagos.
