HAPPENING NOW: Transport Minister Storm Lagos, Inspects Lagos Ports, Rail Infrastructures

Nigeria’s Minister of Transportation, Eng Muazu Jaji Sambo is in Lagos for inspection of major ports and rail network Infrastructures on Friday.

DAILY TREND reports that Eng Sambo was accompanied on the visit by Managing Director of Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Muhammed Bello-Koko, Director General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) executive directors of agencies among others.

At the Tin Can Port, the Minister inspected the dilapidated portion of the Tin Can Island Port Quay Apron, even as he directed the Managing Director of NPA and the engineers to forward the “as-built” plan of the jetty, alongside other documents to his office for immediate action.
