Maritime Workers Union, ANLCA, Others Celebrate SIFAX Boss Taiwo Afolabi At 60

The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) as well as the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) and the freight forwarding community have celebrated the Group Executive Vice Chairman of SIFAX Group, Dr Taiwo Afolabi as he marks his 60th birthday today 29th of April 2022.

President General of MWUN, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju extolling the virtues of Dr Afolabi described him as a lover of Nigerian workers whose management style is worthy of emulation by other terminal operators in Nigeria.

Also, the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) through its National Secretary, Alhaji Babatunde Mukaila celebrated Dr Afolabi whom according to him, is the Chairman Board of Trustees (BOT) of the association.

In the same vein, Prince Segun Oduntan, Chief Executive Officer of Settle Systems Nigeria Limited described Dr Afolabi as an astute business man with high moral standards.

Prince Oduntan who was the former chairman of Tin Can Island Port Chapter of ANLCA, said Dr Afolabi is a man of high moral standards, equity, and justice in all human endeavors.

Also, a maritime amazon, Hajia Bola Muse who is Chief Executive Officer of Bomarah Group, congratulated Dr Afolabi on the occasion of his 60th birthday.

“We appreciate your high working standards in port terminal operations which has made Nigerian ports a safe place to work” she said
