BREAKING: Merchant Navy Senior Staff Ex-Secretary, Comrade Eforkpor is Dead

Comrade Julius Eforkpo, the immediate past Secretary General of Nigerian Merchant Navy Officers and Water Transporters Senior Staff Association (NMNO&WTSSA) is dead.
Incumbent Secretary of the union, Comrade John Okpono confirmed to DAILY TREND NEWS on Wednesday that Comrade Eforkpor died at the early hours of Tuesday after battling an ailment.
According to Comrade Okpono, the former scribe of the union died 73-years old, and a condolence register has been opened at the union’s secretariat for him.
“He died at age 73 at an hospital, Delta State.

“The news is just getting to us right now. As for the burial arrangements, the family would announce that soon, and we would announce it to stakeholders ”
“He is survived by Wife , Children/grand children, brothers/Sisters & loved ones” he said
