Freight Forwarders Laud CRFFN Chairman As He Bags Academic Honours

The board chairman of the Council for the Regulation of Freight Forwarding in Nigeria (CRFFN) Alhaji Tsanni Abubakar has been confered with an Honorary Doctorate Degree of Science (D.Sc) in leadership and corporate governance by the European American University Commonwealth of Dominica.

The CRFFN boss was recognised for his achievements in professionalising the freight forwarding industry in Nigeria, as well as his leadership qualities in politics and nation building.

Frontline freight forwarder, Alhaji Miftahu Ya’u has congratulated the CRFFN Chairman, describing the feat as an honor well deserved.

Ya’u who is a member of Freight Forwarders Investigative Panel of the CRFFN, and a Former Vice President, North west Region of National Association of Government Approved Freight Forwarders (NAGAFF) described Alhaji Tsanni as “A man with uncommon leadership traits, he has left indelible marks in various fields, especially in freight forwarding sector, he is also a man of many parts”

“The award does not come as a surprise to us, Alhaji Tsanni deserves it, and of course it is a recognition to even do more for the society” he said

He expressed his desire that the latest accomplishment by Alhaji Abubakar would further spur him to a greater height in his service to humanity.

“I can only wish him well and urge him to put in more efforts in his service to his father land.” Ya’u stated

Apart from being a philanthropist, the CRFFN Chairman was a counter intelligence operative officer with the Nigerian Airforce in Abuja 1992 to 2011. He was also appointed as Chairman of Caretaker Committee, Batagarawa Local Government from August 2018 to October 2019.

He holds chieftancy titles as Mabudi Borgu Kingdom, Niger State and Oke-Osisi1 of Obiekela autonomous community of Isiala- Ngwa, Abia state
