On “Shippers Council Conniving with Maritime Police to Extort Importers, Agents, ANLCA Raises Alarm.”
I have observed that ANCLA loves tarnishing the image of Nigerian Shippers’ Council.
What do they stand to gain by doing this? Why didn’t you tell the world that before now you had a meeting with Shippers’s Council and they promised to hold another meeting with you people, the Maritime Police, Terminal Operators etc? The meeting is scheduled for 19th December at Council’s Conference hall and you are all aware. You’re not being fair to this organization and you know it. There is God o. When they solve your problems nor you connive with the police and pay them for a cover up, nobody hears about it. Please leave them alone.

#20,000,000,000/day × 30 = #600,000,000,000/month × 12months = 7,200,000,000,000 … #7.2trillion a year. Where does it go? What exactly is the benefit of being a Lagosian or Nigerian? After posting the revenue, they will go behind & share it all by themselves, EFCC will collect money from people & share it among themselves as well, they will sell Oil & Gas and share among themselves as well, and they keep making the cost of living very high since it doesn’t affect them or their families, country is purely hopeless unless the Living God intervenes.

What if the strategy involved blocking avenues for revenue losses or stealing of collected funds by corrupt Customs officials? Shouldn’t such a strategy be commended?

The so called huge revenue collected in a day of his resumption has absolutely nothing to do with his effort as the new commander.
Officers and men of the command had been on ground and all the works and documentations relating to this revenue generated has already been done, some even before his appointment as CG. So what’s the noise as he was the one who did this job. Having said that, Nigerian government is simply killing Nigerians with import duty.

All the government is after is revenue without anything to show for it. No electricity despite paying heavily for it,no security, no water in urban and rural areas,no quantity education,no roads to travel safely,no health care. What is the government doing with all the revenues its agencies are generating? Government officials and politicians are busy stealing our common wealth and leaving the people in penury.
