Merchant Navy Union Congratulates MWUN on Peaceful Completion of Branch Elections

The Nigerian Merchant Navy Officers and Water Transport Senior Staff Association (NMNOWTSSA) has sent felicitations to the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) on the successful and peaceful conduct of elections into the four branches of the union.
The MWUN leadership under the President General, Comrade Francis Bunu Abi has just finalised Election into its four branches; Dockworkers Branch, Shipping Branch, Seamen&NIWA Branch and NPA Branch from Lagos, through Port Harcourt and Warri in Delta State without rancor.
In a statement signed by Eng Bob Yousou National President of NMNOWTSSA noted that this is the first time in the history of MWUN that the seafarer/inland waterways branch is clinching the position of PG, MWUN.
Yousuo promised to collaborate with the entire Union to better the life of Nigerian seafarers.
In the same vein, the seasoned seafarer felicitated with all the newly elected branch presidents and their executives. He wished them a successful tenure while urging them to imbibe in the spirit of team work.
