Prince Olawale Cole Welcomes Compt Oshoba to Apapa Customs, Commends Olomu’s Leadership Style

The Chairman of Tin Can Island Chapter of Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA) Prince Olawale Cole has welcomed the newly appointed Customs Area Controller of Apapa Command of Nigeria Customs Service, Compt EOA Oshoba.
This is even as he appreciated the outgone leadership style of Assistant Comptroller General of Customs, ACG Babatunde Olomu.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the ANLCA Tin Can Chapter Chairman congratulated ACG Olomu for a promotion well deserved and Compt Oshoba on his new assignment in Apapa Command.
He observed that in the 15 months tenure of ACG Olomu at the helm of affairs in Apapa, he has for laid an enduring legacy of efficiency in service, record breaking revenue collection figures, and constructive stakeholders engagement which has helped the customs service build confidence in its stakeholders.
Prince Cole also expressed confidence in the style of leadership of Compt Oshoba and his ability to associate and facilitate trade, saying that “He is the right person that can continue on the legacy ACG Olomu has laid in Apapa Command”
He expressed confidence that under Compt Oshoba, Nigerian ports would witness a turn around in anti-smuggling operations, given that he was the former head of Customs Intelligence Unit (CIU) and has promised to put this expertise to use by stopping unorthodox cargoes even before they arrive Nigerian Ports.
