At Eid-Kabir: ANLCA Tin Can Chairman, Prince Wale Cole Felicitates NECOM, BOT Members, MWUN PG, Muslim Faithfuls

Prince Wale Cole, Chairman of the Tin Can Island Chapter of the Association of Nigerian Licensed Customs Agents (ANLCA), has extended warm felicitations to all Muslim faithful on the occasion of the 2025 Eid-Kabir celebration.
He used the opportunity to emphasize messages of forgiveness, brotherly love, and unity.
Prince Cole, who also coordinates all chairmen of various freight forwarding associations at the Tin Can Island Port, specifically greeted the National Executive Committee (NECOM) and Board of Trustees (BOT) of ANLCA, led by Alhaji Taiwo Mustapha.
He also extended his well wishes to his colleagues in other associations, advocating for a continued harmonious working relationship among all practitioners.
In an official statement released on Friday, June 6, 2025, the ANLCA boss also congratulated Comrade Francis Bunu Abi, President General of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), and the entire executive of the Union.
Prince Cole expressed strong confidence in Comrade Bunu’s ability to elevate MWUN to new heights, surpassing the achievements of his predecessor, Comrade Adewale Adeyanju.
“As we celebrate this year’s Eid-Kabir, I want to extend my felicitations to ANLCA National Executive Committee (NECOM) members, our Board of Trustees (BOT), the President General of MWUN, and other sister associations,” Prince Cole stated.
Continuing, he said “I urge everyone to be very tolerant and peaceful, as Islam is a symbol of peace. I believe that all humans, regardless of color, tribe, descent, religion, political difference, or race, originate from one source, the Almighty Allah. Knowing this, we must always strive to be our brother’s keeper so that we can all be at peace with God.”
Addressing the MWUN President General, Prince Cole added, “I have known you as an astute gentleman, a refined unionist, and a lover of workers’ welfare. There is no doubt that you will take the union to a greater height, even more than your predecessor, having worked side by side with him for several years. Please, sir, we urge you to always maintain your open-door policy and continue to be a listening leader and father to all.”
Prince Wale Cole, who is also the Founder of the Prince Olawale Cole Foundation (POC Foundation), reiterated his commitment to the welfare of the less privileged in society.
He also pledged to continue resolving professional challenges faced by members at the Tin Can Port, while consistently promoting honest declarations for Customs purposes.
