The International Blue Economy Opportunities Conference to Discover Global Markets has officially started in Providence, Rhode Island.
The Dorector General of Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) is currently at the conference with his counterpart from the Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) Mohammed Bello-Koko, as well as other Nigerian delegates.
